Veya Partner ("we") respects the privacy of our customers and partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it when you visit veyapartner.com, message the VEYA Partner Facebook Page or leave your details through a registration form.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact information: your full name, phone number, email address and Zalo number.
  • Information about the property you wish to discuss: property type (hotel, serviced apartment, building, villa or resort), size, location, condition and partnership needs.
  • Communications: messages through Messenger, Zalo or email, and notes from calls or meetings.
  • Website usage data: pages viewed, access times, device type, browser and traffic source, recorded through cookies and Meta Pixel (see section 6).

We do not collect bank card numbers, passwords or identity documents through our website or advertising forms.

2. How we use information

  • Contact you, provide advice and arrange property inspections at your request.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and partnership documents suited to your property.
  • Send information and materials about our services when you agree to receive them.
  • Measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising.

3. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only in the following circumstances:

  • With the team and partners directly involved in the project (design, construction and operations), only to the extent necessary and when you have agreed to work with us.
  • With providers of the tools we use (such as Meta, Google and website hosting services), under their respective privacy terms.
  • When requested by competent government authorities in accordance with the law.

4. Data storage and protection

Information is stored in systems with access controls and is accessible only to staff responsible for consultations and projects. We retain information for as long as necessary for consultation and partnership purposes, up to 24 months from the last communication if no contract is entered into, unless the law requires longer retention.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to, correction of or updates to the personal information you have provided.
  • Withdraw your consent and request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of receiving marketing information and materials at any time.

We process requests within 7 working days of receipt, in accordance with Vietnamese law on personal data protection.
